Tago provides AI-powered tools to analyze uploaded images and publicly available Instagram profiles in order to generate hashtag suggestions and profile insights.
The App is intended for personal and professional use by content creators, influencers, and businesses.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

User Content

You may upload images and input profile information for analysis.

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • By using the App, you grant Tago a limited, non-exclusive right to process your content solely for providing the requested analysis.
  • Tago does not claim ownership of uploaded images.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a Premium subscription.

  • Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.
  • Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are managed by Apple.
  • Tago does not have access to your payment details.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to Tago are owned by or licensed to Tago and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without permission.

Disclaimer

Tago provides analysis and recommendations based on AI models and available data.
Results are informational only and do not guarantee increased followers, engagement, or performance.

Tago is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
